fApp is the code word for the iPhone app which lets you compare your expenditure to your friends, and others in the application’s network. The App also gives you suggestions for the places where you can buy things for cheap so that you can reduce your expenditure. Its a fun way to organize your expenditure and have a check on it. This is a work in progress freelance project.

Voicetap is an innovative start-up which lets you connect with experts through its network and helps share/spread knowledge using the mobile phone as a medium. The widget is aimed at users who visit a particular site in search of information where they can avail the services of voice tap without even visiting their webpage.It was an end to end project which started with wire-framing the widgets,coming up with the visual design and ended with coding the Html Widgets.

Chaos is the annual cultural festival of IIM Ahmedabad and is considered to be the biggest cultural festival organized in the whole of north-west India. The theme for the 2010 edition is “movies-70mm”.The deliverables for this project were a logo for the fest, a promotional video, website, and posters for publicity. My major contributions went into making the website and the logo. The process involved lots of sketching, doodling and action scripting.

Prolap is a laptop accessory which is intended to let you use your laptop on your lap without fear of over-heating. We came up with 2 models which suit various user groups.It evolved from a serious determination to let folks use the laptop as laptop and not as desktop. The process involved user analysis, research on various brands of laptops, user reviews, brainstorming and concept generation and various other design methods followed by prototype building and rigorous testing.
It was a pleasure working on this project as it challenged me to my limits. Excited to see the product in mass production as it is going to be manufactured and marketed by Firki Pvt. Ltd.

SaleDekho is a yellow pages on discounts and sales, which may be browsed by location, products and\or brands.The website would carry large amounts of data, thus, ease of navigation and brand identification (for a consumer) was stressed upon. User analysis and user survey had to be done to come up with the Information architecture for the site followed by the wireframes and the UI.
The 9-color combination for the menu bar and the overall identity of SaleDekho.com was a lot of fun to work on.

An entertainment website would always pose a challenge. This one conveyed all the info on a user’s favorite Indian flick.
It was some experience to come up with the Information architecture for this website as there was every chance that the user could get lost in the huge amount of information that the site provides. The UI is kept simple and neutral.
The Custom-built wallpaper Slideshows and Flash MP3 players, the identity of the site and the overall retro appearance are plausible stand-outs from the project.

An informative website for the April’09 Workshop RISC-CNRS (PIRSTEC) “Prospective Thinking Project”, sponsored by ParisTech Le Mans University, France and PIRSTEC.
It was a no-frills, simple, and non-commercial website, hosted on the server of the Laval-virtual France organization. Bright colors were used to help foster an identity for mERGERs.
